Q: I thought prayer was supposed to work..why didn't mine when I asked that they're be justice served. It seems other people get they're requests heard or have miraculous happenings. What gives? A: WITH REGARD TO PRAYER, and why PRAYER are or not answered: Angels, saints, guides, etc. can only work within the guidelines of our own individual karmic patterns, which are set up before our earthly incarnations; prayer can BEND or CHANGE karma, but only after SPECIAL DISPENSATION, usually done by, or requested by ASCENDED MASTERS like Jesus, (also known as Sananda,) The Buddha, St. Germain, Kuthumi and other entities who have ascended into Mastery. All prayers are heard, and carefully considered. Bribing or making "deals" or promises may, or may not work...it's very individual. All has to be done within the Universal Law of Karmic Justice.
